Hey Guys,

My air conditioning unit has been on the fritz for a bit now. Works at times, but never as cold as used to be. Other times blows somewhat hot air. Had it dye checked and no leaks. Have read about a sensor problem and wondering if anyone has any experience with that or in general with what I've described. Recap - it does chill at times, the fan works, no identifiable leaks and the pressure checks out fine. Can coolant be an issue - e.g. - does it make sense to purge (have it done) the coolant and replace it? My understanding previously was probably not, but have since heard otherwise...
