I found this review to be more hands on. Nice car. Start at 2:26 to skip the company promo stuff:

Very nice review but....the U.S. probably won't get many of the options the reviewer liked on the test vehicle. He loved the massaging seats but that option isn't available on the A7 for the U.S. market. There's no reason to believe the A6 will get it if the higher priced A7 can't have it.
Also, the reviewer incorrectly called Audi's Side Assist a "lane departure warning". Audi's Lane Assist is the true lane departure warning option that vibrates the steering wheel if the car drifts out of a detectable lane. This option has been available for a few years on the A8/A8L. Now that the new A6 and A7 have electronically assisted steering, the Lane Assist option can steer the car back into the lane (if this feature is ON). Once again, the Lane Assist is an option in Europe, but NOT in the U.S.

No A6 Avant and now this!
There are a list of options that one can purchase on an A7 in Europe but NOT in the U.S. Same will be true for the A6. Only the new A8/A8L can be ordered here in the U.S. with the same options as one can order in the U.K., for instance. (This statement doesn't apply to engines/drivetrains due to the range of diesel engines available in Europe.)
If you want to get further irritated, take a look at the Audi UK website and download a pdf brochure for the A7 and compare it to the U.S. website's offerings of option packages and individual options. It's not even close.
The new A6 brochure is already on the UK website. Check out the seat options, for example. There are 4 different seats offered: Standard, Comfort, Sport, and S-Line Sport!!! The U.S. market will get one "choice"--the Standard seat---just like on the A7.
Audi (unlike BMW) severely limits the option list to our market. So that's how to be competitive....
