Hi, Does anybody knows if the sound from the rear seat entertainment system will only work with headsets, I was checking out the system on a A8L at Manhattan Audi the volume was half way but no sound, I wonder if is headset only or if it would work over the car speakers. Thanks

yes, on mine only works with the headsets.

I know, It is strange but I will investigate a little more maybe this weekend if I have the time, there are so many settings available.....

Ok, after playing with the setting of the rear entert. system, YES you can play anything on the main speakers (you just neet to change the audio output from headphones to speakers). So basically you can override at anytime what is played in the front MMI.
