Hi,

I'm not sure if you're someone who would know this, but I see you answering quite a bit of questions about the Audi ED. Do you know anything about the program for 2011? We tried to order a Q5 last Saturday and the document the dealer had showed the 2010 program ended on 1/3/11 but they did not yet have an updated program guide. They basically said we couldn't do anything until that comes out, but they don't know when that will be.

This issue had been clarified and the updated program bulletins and documentation for 2011 are available to the dealer. The program will remain the same from 2010 and is valid for MY11 and MY12 models. Please have the customer re-establish contact with the dealer for further information. Thank you.
