View Full Version : Petition to Audi to allow Euro Delivery for Canada

I'm hoping if there is enough of us Canadians that show an interest in a European delivery program that Audi may reconsider their position. They repeatedly state they want to become the preeminent German carmaker. This is one area where they are clearly lacking behind their competition. Both BMW and Mercedes offer this program in Canada. So why not Audi? If they can do it for the USA it can't be any more difficult to do for Canada.

So I ask any form members here to put their name on this thread so that the powers that be can see that this program is needed in Canada as well

Not to put salt in the wound but the boat with my cart stopped in Halifax before going to Houston. Is ordering the car in the US an option?

You can let them know that whether they offer ED will be a big factor in me choosing between Audi and BMW. If the cars are close, as I believe they are, then BMW will likely prevail based on this factor.

Received a reply from Audi Canada about their lack of a European Delivery Program. Apparently they are considering it. The lady who responded to my email said she would forward it to those involved.

After my last post I asked if there was anything I could do to help with the issue.

The reply was "Nothing right now, but emails are very important and the team considers them carefully"

It seems that they really are considering allowing this for Canadians and are listening to current and future Audi customers. So please all Canadian's on here send an email:

I received another email from Audi recently

Fairly wordy email with the following message "yada, yada, due to financial and logistics, etc we regret that we can't offer this program for Canadians for the 2011 model year".

That's too bad

Really dissapointing that so many corporations treat Americans and Canadians so differently. Most of the boats bringing these cars over go through or by Halifax harbour, so how hard could it be to add this program for Canadians. How much could it possibly cost them. Very cheap if you ask me.
