Hello Time89,

Thank you for your constant support of the Audi Forum and the various programs Audi of America offers!

In order to provide customers a quick response with accurate and up-to -date program information, it is imperative that we have one point of contact for our Audi exclusive and European Delivery programs. Taking this into consideration, we ask that you please remove any reference to the names and internal phone numbers/email addresses of the Audi program administrators from the Audiworld Forum site.
All inquiries should be addressed directly with participating dealers, who will then contact AoA if further clarification is required. Audi currently has an existing network for customer inquiries, and is familiarizing dealers with information that will help answer incoming questions and support the growth of the programs.

If additional clarification is required beyond the dealer contact, we welcome any program questions or inquires and ask customers continue to use the following address to contact us via email.

This kinda sucks. :(

It was good to know we had a knowledgeable person inside AoA that would take care of our issues. The thruth is dealers know nothing about ED and they have no incentive to learn about it as they always prefer to sell from their lots.

If I can't contact AoA directly, I would expect more delays and misinformation in my ED experience in the future. It doesn't help that we (the customers) have to educate certain dealers on ED still. :(

You absolutely correct. Audi need spend extra time with their SA about ED process.
Any of us here, who spend 2-3 month on this forum, can walk in any dealership and knew more about ED then their best SA.
