It was located in the glove compartment box.

Lift up the covers on the roof-rack brackets and there you'll see a respective screw head. When attaching the roof rack bars make sure that the pins on the inside of the bars mate up with the pin holes on the rack rails.

Thanks for the replies. I didnt have the time to go over the roof racks but i just read the manuel and it doesnt look to hard.

There's a storage spot in the trunk for it where the jack is and all the spare tire tools

Don't know if all are different, but I found out when my rack was replaced that keys do differ.

How did you like your dealer - Jack Daniels? I leased mine from them and found it to be good in some ways, not so good in others, but that Q5 is the best!

which jack daniels did you go to? the one in paramus or the one higher up on 17? i got mine from Bell Audi in Edison. Was at the paramus mall and had time to kill so i stopped by to check out an A3 and i liked this dealer better.

No major problems; felt sales staff was a tad nicer before the sale/lease than after (big surprise!). Service department is pretty good; no complaints at all. Would I conside buyingleasing from JD next time around? Yes I would consider it.
Hopefully, my visits to the Service Department will be for maintanence only - except next Wednesday for my windshield replacement!

Went to the Jack Daniels in saddle river next to the new Jack Daniels porsche. The sales staff has been good so far and they were pretty good to negotiate with. They didn't push all the extra warranties and goodies that hard when i picked up the car which i appreciated. Just explained them all to me and told me i had time to think about them. Glad to hear the service department is good but hopefully i wont see them until 5k. Ill try and get some more pics up soon. Quartz grey is amazing. Slightly cloudy out today and it looked blueish/silver.
