I think the Q5 DRLs are not as bright as other Audi models.

Saw a Q5 on the road today...definitely bright as other model's DRLs. I doubt there is anyway to make it brighter.

As factory setting:

- on DRL, led is bright,

- on parklights (>< icon), LED is half dimmed,

- on driving lights, LED is half dimmed.


There is a code to make LED's stay bright on parklights...

I have alway notice the Q5's DRL when they are behind me,





but I hardly notice the A6's DRL when they are behind me.












Maybe its because the A6's DRL is closer to the highlights.

Same here. They actually seem the brightest. I was noticing on the way to work this morning, and the A5 seems really brings in comparison to the A4 I saw.

To me this is the brightness/noticeable order:

A5
R8
Q7
A6
A4
Q5
A3

All DRLs are very noticeable, but this is my list if I had to choose. I suspect the new A8 will take top honors when it comes out.
