i spoke to a user on this forum before but it was no help, i ve tried everything to get remove the old key from my remote and put in a new cut key.... it will save me about 400 dollars from what the audi dealership quoted me instead of getting a brand new remote and key... any one know how to remove the pin i tried going to a watch guy where they can use the gun to get the roll pin out but it was not moving they said it might be solderd.

I had the dealer order a complete new key and reprogram the existing key for $125 total. My wife lost one of the keys. I think you have more time invested than the cost of a new key. Sounds like someone is trying to rip you off with the $400 quote.
