I'm looking at two quite similarly equipped S8's with about the same miles and condition. The 2007 has a late year in-service and the 2008 has an early year in-service so the 2008 adds only about 5 mos to the warranty. Neither is certified. The price spread is almost $15,000. While I prefer the 2008 for the wheels and the other updates, not sure I prefer it $15000 worth.
What do you guys think? How much more would you pay for 2008 vs 2007 under these circumstances? 5, 10, 15, 20?

I'd take the cheaper one. $15k buys a lot of insurance and fuel. Insurance will be a bit less too. Maybe even buy different wheels with the cash if you really want them.

If money was no object, I'd still only give an extar $10k for the '08 because I'm known as Miser Bally in these parts.
