I believe you mean Premium model. The Premium Plus and Prestige (highest model) model has the xenon and led lights. I think there are some forum members who have retrofitted the xenon and led headlights into their Premium model.

you can either buy a package with everything included; $1,795.
http://oemplus.com/index.php?main_pa...oducts_id=1001
or buy the parts separately.
you will need the housing (euro and n america are different - http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=267441
)
the LED controllers, ballasts, xenon bulbs, and probably an adapter
adapter - http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_i...-A4-B8-8K.html
"you can find these ballasts and bulbs used possibly from any of these models: '09+ A3, '08+ A4/S4, '08 A5/S5, '07 A6/S6. The LED controllers are unique to the A4 B8 and you would need to get those with the headlights."
you will need to wire the adapters to the ecm for high beams to work and you will need to vag com the car afterwards to remove any error codes and have more power sent to the lights.

cant dealer just sell you the original oem parts?
cant dealer just sell you the original oem parts?
Sure. But they will probably add a % or two on the cost.
Its been discussed before its just not worth the money to after market install them. If costs was the reason you didnt get P+ from the start then its a definitely not the way to install them aftermarket wise.

My somewhat subtle message -- it costs more NOW than it would have THEN to get the next model up, all things factored in.
Imagine this: get a Premium A4 and then, afterwards, upgrade it to, say, Prestige SLine. Can it be done? Sure. It is the height of the stack of 100 dollar bills that is the ONLY thing standing in your way.
I can't see $1800 as the value of the addition of the LED set up to the base car.
Absurd comment: why not get rid of the current car and replace it with a new one equipped as you really really wanted it in the first place?
Makes about as much $en$e. Better yet, why not use $20 bills in your fireplace to heat your house in the winter.
Sometimes, for a brief nanosecond, I wish I would have gotten Automatic Cruise Control or Adaptive CC, whatever they call it -- for the brake improvements alone. No way would I pay to add it now, tho.
Here's what I wish: module upgrade-ability. I'd like to upgrade to 3G nav/MMI in my '09 A4 -- it would be worth SOMETHING to be able to pull out the 2G module and plug in the 3G module, somewhat like I can upgrade my PC's memory and even processor chip (in some instances).
My buddy has an airplane -- he put in all new fancy schmanzy avionics in it -- wasn't cheap, but, all things considered, seemed a not unreasonable expense. The plane is, well, fairly old -- VERY old in autombile years, but it is chock full of the latest and greatest hardware and electronics.
Cars, to a certain extent, in my wish-world, should have the same upgradability (to a certain extent, I said.) Pull out the rear tail light assembly and plug in the new LED version. Pull out the 2G nav and plug in the 3G etc, etc, etc. Charge for it, yes, but not a roll up your arm and bend over kind of charge.
Or, on the other hand, carry the current philosphy to an extreme, Bic Cars. Buy 'em, use 'em up and toss them into the waste basket under the sink.
At least I can get an APR engine upgrade and a VAG com feature set upgrade for little to no money.
Just pisses me off -- not specifically at Audi, but, c'mon why in the wide wide world of sports does it cost one leg and two arms to add a backup camera to a 2008 BMW that already has the nav system in it -- it just can't be THAT hard and require THAT much Sturm und Drang (hell the damn things ought to be a simple bluetooth set up these days.)
There, I feel better now.
