My bro is at the dealer, looking at a 2008 silver w/ black leather, prestige pack. MSRP about $45k. I'm a bmw diehard, trying to help him with this purchase. A couple of q's:

1. What can he expect off MSRP? I mean, the 09's should be showing up soon.

2. Maintenance: how much will it run over 4 years? Free for bmw owners :)

I'm not sure on an 08 but the dealership said an extended warranty for an 09 is $750 and that covers up to the 55,000 mile service.

i have no idea what the msrp is but i just got mine 09 2.0TQ prestige s line with nav chrome tips and all weather mats for 41k.
