Default Drive flange removel?

Do the drive flanges that the axles bolt to use a contracting snap-ring that pops off from the differential side gear (like the outer CV joints) or are they held in place using c-clips that require expansion to remove? I hope my question makes sense... ...Thank you.

Dave is correct, they are held in with a hex head bolt.

Install a cv bolt in the flange so it can't spin and then loosen the retaining bolt should be a 5 or 6mm allen. The flange will pull right out.
