I don't have a write-up, but I used a pressure bleeder and then opened the outside screw and then the inside screw. After that I did the other side and then re-checked them once more (each side) and that was that.

That's about right.

When I bled them, I did the whole system. I figure that brake fluid is cheap, so what the heck?

Driver's rear, passenger rear, passenger's front outside, then inside, driver's outside, then inside, clutch - done.
