Instrument cluster wont light up

Instrument cluster wont light up
I started my car up this morning and the cluster wouldn't backlight and turning the **** had no effect. The glove compartment light was dead too, but all fuses in the box are intact and I swapped out #7 and #15 with good fuses just to make sure, nothing changed except an airbag warning I need to reset.
Any ideas?

Did you check your rear licence plate lights? I seem to remember, that if it goes out, it affects the grounding of a lot of other spots in the car. Gl, HTH. I know, it sounds stupid, but try it.

Yep, they're out. That actually makes a lot of sense. They're on the #7 fuse and it seems to be a problem with a ground somewhere.
