they gave me a car without one. i can't believe that they let a car go with less than 1/2 a tank of gas and missing so many keys.

This is an audi dealer?

Is the car a CPO? If so it must have 2 keys and the nav disc and you will be surveyed on it. You can contact Audi Customer care and file a complaint.
