After BMW announce of closing their Madrid and London drop off location I send e-mail to Audi European Deliver support.
Response:
We received a response from our European Delivery group. London and Madrid remain drop-off points for our program. They had no information at this time on a “new law”, but are aware of the registration and insurance requirements. The best news is that model year 2010 European Delivery is now open for ordering, and deliveries will begin in August. The Audi Q5 is included in the ED program and qualifies for the 5% discount. The Audi Q7 will be closer to October, and the discount is not yet finalized.
