Anyone hear rumors that a customer R8 will be at Petit?

R8?? The GT R8 or the LMP R8? I'd hope to see Audi change their mind and come with the R15..

LMP R8 ?? wow, I didn't know they were planning on CER (Classic Endurance Races) races at Petit! that would be a nice support race.

They LMP R8 should not be in any way eligible to run. Even with car counts the way they are, I could not imagine IMSA letting one in.

Motor Trend maybe, (only maybe), but not R&T.
It was in R&T so I'm suspect

In the newest info on ALMS and GT3, the GT3 CHALLENGE - PORSCHE - will NOT run at Petit or Laguna - they (select ones) will run with the LMP1, LMP2, GT2 field at something like 5 races. One make only.
