Our front upper kits include control arms that are manufactured by Ocap of Italy. Ocap is an OE control arm supplier to many automotive companies including Lamborghini which is a part of the Vw Audi group. If these high quality control arms come factory on Lamborghini, they surely are good enough for the demanding Audi owner! Ocap is certified by TUV (Germany): UNI ISO-9001, TS 16949 (Quality System) and ISO 14000 (Environment System).

As well, Blaufergnugen employs statistical quality analysis with the philosophy of preventing problems before they're even detected. In a recent quality query for the previous 2008 sales year we found that the return rate of Ocap control arms was only .0053%, way below 1%!

The boots on mine tore or rotted after 60 days, and you still insisted that I have an ASE certified mechanic evaluate and document the problem - even though it WAS NOT the bushings that failed. So, any savings from the cheaper arms would be spent on paying a mechanic to say that the boots were officially torn. I feel confident that if you surveyed everyone that bought these control arms from you you may find that the failure rate or dissatisfaction rate far exceeded the "way below 1% return rate" about which you so proudly boast.
