Let me preface this "question" by saying I'm not ready to peruse this course of action but I've been deluged with a bunch of little problems and I'm starting to get a little tired of it.

Odometer today: 7,988 miles.

Problems so far:

Air Bag Light on - diagnosed and re-set.
Rear Drivers side bulb assembly defective- replaced
Passenger Side drivers side window switch 'broken' - diagnosed and re-placed.
Passenger headlight defective- replaced.

So when can I say 'enough is enough' ? I know I'm not there yet... but 'when is when' ?

Check your state's laws. It varies.

The lemon laws vary by state but they are similar. Here in MA it is as follows:

- 15 business days total out of service for repair of multiple issues.
- Car is less than 1 year old and has less than 15K miles
- 10 business days out of service for the same issue or has been returned three or more times to repair same issue.

That is frustrating, but typically a lemon law will apply if the same problem re-occurs. Random and un-related issues rarely will get you anywhere, unless your attorney is Robert Shapiro.

However, depending on the severity and length of your "hardship" due to the car....you could pursue AoA to make a lease payment for you or something of that nature.

Good luck, hope the issues start to subside.
