Having my A4 in the shop for a week for transmission replacement, I've been driving my A3 around a lot (mainly my wife's car).
I've noticed that on occasion when coming to a stop and the DSG downshifts from 2 to 1, the car lurches/lunges forward a little like a hard shift to first and a slight tap on the gas peddel. I did a little online research and apparently this was an issue with the 3.2TT DSGs.

I've still got factory warranty so I'm going to bring it in. For some reason, it only happens when I drive it!! Maybe it's me. I'm used to not downshifting and coasting in neutral with light breaking to a stop on my manual... and no, I'm not left-foot breaking on the DSG.
Anyone else with a DSG experience this? Something with the "mechatronic control module" or something? I found that to be faulty on some of the 3.2TTs and it costs $2000 just for the part!
