Think you could ask about some special colors (suzuka please!) or the Ti package to help differentiate it from the s-line? It's kind of depressing to see how close the S4 is to the A4, save for a few diffusers &amp; badges.

Interestingly he asked me what colors I would suggest if I could pick anything and I also said Suzuka and he shrugged. AoA believes that that color is very polarizing, i.e. you love it or hate it. I was asking him about colors in general and he wouldn't / couldn't confirm that to expect. I think Sprint Blue will get renamed from what I understood.

I made the very strong point that we need differentiation around the B8 S4 and he said some things are in the works.

I stayed there a week last year for work. I was a bit unimpressed considering how freakin' expensive it was, but your paying for location.

I honestly don't think red is a good colour for the S4, but I'm not worried, I don't think it looks good on the S5 either; it seems ok on RS models though. I saw a rear 3/4 view of a white S4 avant in the thread below this and it looked great, so I was especially wondering if you have any pictures of that white S4, I think that white, black and sprint blue may be the best colour options for the B8 S4. What was your impression of the white S4, did it suit the car better than the red?

I think I'd have a white S4 with bi-coloured white black seats with carbon fibre inlays; or the same interior combination but with a black exterior. Sprint blue seems to go well with white leather and carbon fibre and is another good combination. I've driven a Sprint blue S5 with white leather and carbon fibre inlays and it was just stunning. I've driven a few black S5s too with dark interiors such as black or magma and it makes the car feel different. For some reason the Sprint blue S5 just seemed so much more enjoyable to drive??? Maybe the colour affects the way you feel and how you drive to a degree just like listening to different types of music does.

Tell us you opinion of the white vs red S4s, did the white look more like it suited the car while red didn't, or does the red actually look good when you see it in person?
