withstand the torque increase from the inevitable boost increases that will occur? Say, 400-450 ft lb? If not, do companies offer clutch upgrades yet for these types of transmissions? I am not familiar with the 6 speed, 2 clutch transverse unit found in the GTI/GLI/A3/TT, but I heard stock it is good for 400 ft lb.

but there are clutch upgrades available for that transmission. I doubt clutch upgrades are available for the new 7-speed unit yet but I think it's rated to ~410 ft-lbs.
