So why is this an issue?

Well, the previous ACNA BoD (Defendants) in 2006/2007 tried to remove Craig and Fischer (Plaintiffs) before their ACNA terms ran out.

Here's part of what they claim Craig and others could do after removal from the "new" Bylaws enacted against them:

page 9
"In this regard, Plaintiffs" (Craig&Fischer) "can run again for a position on the Board at the end of 2007 to begin serving in 2008."

Keep in mind the 2007 settlement of the lawsuit pushes the above years out to today, in 2008. As Craig and Fischer would each have to sit out ONE year after their BoD terms ran out to be able to re-run in the ACNA elections.

So what happens when Craig, and his fellow members: Nick, Kris and Don attempt to run again in these 2008 elections?

Somebody pushes the 2008 ACNA Nomination date up on them.
Change to July 31 at a BoD meeting AFTER the fact ON Sept 2, 2008.

It doesn't look good, its fishy and its not good for the club to have these antics going on.
