They have made their decision. Despite stating they wanted to know the opinions of the Reps via a non-binding vote, the BoD got together and decided that they were not interested in hearing it.

I, for one, would like to know who the cowards were that would not state this to our face and had to resort to a separate meeting to make this decision. I would guess they would be the same people who dropped off the call once it started to get contentious.

I am disgusted by the arrogance, lack of decency and blatant conflicts of interest that are taking place on the board. It's both shameful and cowardly.

In my opinion, they have violated their fiduciary duty to the ACNA and should be summarily removed from the BoD and the club. After what occurred in 2006-07, they no longer have any business running this organization.
