In the spirit of keeping each point separate,

"Where are the BoD minutes motion to change the previous date (of Aug 15 or later "historical dates) to July 31, 2008?"

I'm looking for the date change motion FROM Aug 15th to July 31.

It would make sense a motion would be made at a meeting and recorded in the ACNA minutes.......

Why would one change a submission date POST that date?

Here is a copy of the Sept minutes. BTW, this is more than 30 days AFTER any July 31 deadline.
