if the link doesn't work...to sum it up a guy tries to rob an old woman. she will only give him 40. he get's p1ssed, and kills her. beats her, stabs her with garden sheers, smacks her with a hammer.

steals her car, and he and his family was found in the car--it was tracked by onstar.

i hope the local DA seeks the death penalty.

I've never believed in the death penalty. No and's, if's, or but's. But now that I think about it, if I was there (actually physically witnessing it) during the crime, I definitely would have used deadly force to prevent such an event. So what's the difference? Death by jury? Death by God? Death by witness? Now this has me thinking....

bring back the old firing squad, or sledge hammer.
