View Full Version : Just bought a Kahr PM9. PabloX 09-10-2008, 01:28 PM I'm psyched because I got it new and they're very hard to find in my state. Richard Solomon 09-10-2008, 02:51 PM I'm pretty happy with the Roguarded magazines I had done - I still need to take some photos, but they look much better with the all-black PM9 than the factory stainless finish mags do. (I bought factory mags and had Robar refinish them.) Thermal 09-10-2008, 03:18 PM PabloX 09-10-2008, 04:34 PM So I take it you like the PM9? I've never shot a Kahr but played with a few of them. PabloX 09-10-2008, 04:34 PM JimR 09-11-2008, 07:52 AM I keep thinking I should get one, or a PM40. PabloX 09-11-2008, 08:10 AM I've heard the muzzle rise on the PM40 is a bit much, which isn't surprising. Plan on running through the break-in rounds, and LOCK YOUR WRIST! It's incredibly susceptible to limp-wristing - I found after 100-150 rounds I'd start losing it. I've shot autos all my life and never had limp-wrist problems with anything else....now I'm even MORE conscious of it and have no issues. I'll try and take some pictures of the Roguarded magazines - really cuts out that shiny spot from the magazine. JimR 09-13-2008, 09:07 AM an MK40. Enough said. PabloX 09-13-2008, 06:05 PM It's about an 8oz difference between the two. |
