At the price of the gun and the unrealistic cost of the ammo (especially the good stuff) its more economical to buy an AR carbine. not to mention it would be more effective.

But in my unexperienced opinion the P90 (in its select fire short barrel standard form with trirail) is the PERFECT PDW. It would be the perfect house gun, the perfect tunnel gun, the perfect zombie SD gun etc... it poked lots of holes at things at conversational distances while handling better than some handguns.

First place I checked, Ammoman, has ss195 for $399/1000 and ss197 for $425/1000. That doesn't seem too bad to me, at least comparable to decent 5.56, but maybe I suck at teh ammo.

Is there better stuff available that's lots mo' $$$?

because of the 16" barrel regulation. I'd still rather load-out a couple extra lbs and have a 5.56 personally
