CTD customer service investigated, found that PMC redesigned the ammo but kept same name and part number. CTD working to get updated images and info on their website, and most importantly to me, issued an RMA for the ammo they sent.

Definitely above and beyond service - given that ammo is generally not returnable. Only the 2nd time I've ever had a problem with a Cheaper Than Dirt order and both times they've absolutely done the right thing by me.
