Although I must admit it didn't take too much effort to take a big step back from that cliff of stupidity.

I mean whats more fun than a gun that you can't shoot? Although you can probably find Gyrojet ammo in decent shape for $100+ a round. A magazine full of rockets would cost me more than the ****ty gun itself would.

phew. Although now I'm looking at a Beretta CX4 with startling resolve.

I suck.

The scoop on the gyrojet is, the Mk.1 used a self propelled projectile OVER 1/2 inch in diameter. That's controlled by the NFA. Anything UNDER 1/2 inch diameter, which the Mk.2 is .49", is compliant and not subject to the NFA.

I do kinda wonder why there haven't been any people making "new" gyrojet ammo - at least the 12mm stuff.
