and some areas limit and force you to get less than full capacity. don't buy into the gun grabber's terms

Hi cap mags are things like 50 rounds or more.
pistol mags up to 20 rds and rifle mags up to 40 are normal IMO.

guess standard capacity depends on the gun, but I'll ask about 15 rd mags next time.

No recievers. Barrels, triggers, scopes are fine. I bought some Mauser parts a few days ago on Ebay.

And one of my good Freinds who Shoots cannons and machine guns makes his living selling militaria on Ebay.

<i>Prohibited: Assault weapon-related parts or accessories. This prohibition applies to all parts and accessories related to any firearm defined as an "assault weapon" by federal or California law. For more details on assault weapons, please visit
http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/awlist.htm and
http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/awguide/awguide.php.
</i>

Ebay has tied their rules to California state law. This thread was started in relation to high capacity (10+) magazines. They are a no-no in Kalifornia and that makes them a no-no on Ebay. If a part (magazine, stock, grip, rail, sights, etc) can be classified as an assault-weapon part (hey, as long as we're making up definitions, we can decide what fits the definition as well), then they can be banned from sale on Ebay.

always some there, and always at a great price.

If you're a "gun guy/girl" the forums are the best and most informative I've found. the classified section is usually pretty good too.
