I like my Seecamp LWS 380 even more. Carried in either a Milt Sparks PCH or an Aker Express, there's few excuses for being unarmed. {My 1st choice for concealed carry, though, is still my Detonics.] Of the two holsters, the Sparks is much thinner and the one I usually prefer.
Real sights and 9mm sold me. I understand it makes the .32 look like a pleasant shooter too!
Aker #155 pocket holster absolutely rocks, I wore my first one out! I'm pissed they quit making the Kahr one - though I *might* have found a couple of NOS ones kicking around (fingers crossed).
I can easily imagine clothing where I'd have to drop back to the LWS, but I've not worn it yet. The pic of them sitting trigger to trigger is the best indication of the PM9's size - just amazing. Yeah, it's bigger - but not THAT much bigger.

I use Hydra Shoks and they work okay. Older silvertips seem to work, used Gold dots too, but plain cheap 380 like Monarch, PMC doesnt work.....
Good thing I don't shoot it alot because the ammo is expensive and its tiny and kicks because its small.
No sights so they suck beyond 10 yards or so, but they're so fricking small its like carrying an older cell phone. Slip it in your pants pocket and bingo you're packing heat.
Seecamp was one of the first mini-modern pistols. I haven't looked into it, but I think there are now some more reliable newer designs of comparable size and caliber. But I'm a big believer in carrying something comfortable all the time and the seecamp is on my Most of the time because its ultra convenient.

I've only gone thru a few boxes of ammo in each, and I religiously follow Seecamp's Ammo Recommendations. For both the .32 and .380, I've only used Winchester Silvertips.
As fusilier said, recoil is a bit sharp but certainly not excessive. Plinking at the range is not fun, but mostly because the lack of sights requires close ranges to hit you're target.
BTW: The Milt Sparks PCH holster does an excellent job keeping the gun "upright" in the pocket. Reach in your pocket, and the gun's in your hand. The Aker is not as quick, but it's more secure.

Absolutely the minimum sized package for the round, everything is engineered right to the hairy edge. It's like a fine watch, but priced accordingly.
Last round stovepipes >75% of the time - documented in the manual, so shoot 6 and reload vs shoot 7.
It'd be tough to recommend one over an NAA Guardian these days - but mine predates that. The KelTec P32 is a bit larger, but similar weight and MUCH nicer to shoot.
As the thread perhaps implies, I just recently replaced mine with a Kahr PM9 - desiring more accuracy and firepower in the pocket pistol after recent events. As below, I considered upgrading to the LWS-380 but chose the Kahr instead.
