I've taken just about all of their courses, and I've been through both sub-gun and precision rifle classes 3 or 4 times. John Benner and his instructors are great. Absolutely first class guys and not a single ego in the bunch. If you're the camping type, stay on the property. The banter around the campfire at night is NOT to missed. You will not go away feeling disappointed about the training.

Tactical Defense Institute...

I like the camping 'cause it really slows things down a bit. You don't feel like you're rushing around to get somewhere. Plus, if you ask nice, the instructors will let you use their shower if you're quick about it. There's even a kitchen and fridge you can use. Just ask, they're cool about it.

I've always wanted to take their CQB and knife courses... by the time I'd be done they'd have thousands of my dollars.

atteneded something like this. It'll give insight into what's needed for more involved courses and if it's something folks would even want to pursue.
