Too big (wifes words not mine)

Beautiful in side - dash display was stunning

The doors were weird. They extended below the door sills completely - bet people hit their legs on them when opening or closing.

The gas mileage was better than the q5 - 24 hwy but acceleration was only 7.4 sec 0-60

Fully loaded (from what I could tell) cars were ~US$48K

And LED headlights for the RX450h<ul><li><a href="http://www.lexus.com/lexusConfigApp/index.jsp?modelName=RX&amp;modelCode=9499">Build your RX 350 2010</a></li></ul>

See this picture and how the doors extend down below the door sills - Not sure if it is to allow the car to be more quiet or for air flow?

I'll be looking at the Q5, X3, RX350 to purchase in a few months

It's interesting that your wife thought that the dashboard was stunning. In the photos, all those silly round shapes and bizarre geometry around the dashboard were just rather unappealing and downright ugly. The design "language" of the interior appears to echo that of the exterior - too many unnecessary lines and curves, incoherent and contrived.

My wife also felt the same way about the RX350 being too big. Also while she was driving last week she felt that there was a big blind spot on the rear passanger side just past the rear seats where the roof slope's down towards the back. She noticed it when we were on the expressway and she wanted to change lanes from the left lane to the right. If the right side mirror isn't set correctly it could be a problem.
