Hi all. I'm a long-time VW owner (and poster over on VWVortex) who is very interested in a Q5 when my the Buyer's Option on my 2005 Touareg is up in August.

The wife is leery of the Q5, because she's concerned about cargo space. How do the numbers compare between the Q5 and the Touareg?

I can't find a cargo volume spec for the Q5. But cargo volume specs from different manufacturers can't reliably be compared, anyway. Too many different ways of measuring.

So about 2/3 the Touareg, if the specs are comparable.
