There is no mention of adaptive cruise control in the quick reference guide, but one of the Audi press releases mentions it. I suppose that this is just one more feature that isn't going to be available in the U.S.

I'm guessing it will not be standard, but will be available as an option. The uptake on that feature in the Q7 for instance has been fairly low, so I don't see AoA bundling it into other packaging.
