Judging from the pics at the Audiusa.com website, the S-Line will have the same look as the A5/S5. I've seen that the front pillars are different.

I'm sure there are subtle differences but I can't find them. Notice the area between the exhausts is different from a regular 3.2 and perhaps same area in front. Other than that, looks identical.

I agree with you that the B8 S-line exterior package is hardly different from the regular car. The changes on the inside (alcantara seat inserts, briushed aluminum trim, black headliner, etc.) are more significant.

Personally I would skip the S-line and just get the 19" SP in order to be able to order wood trim.

The small exterior touches are nice, but the alcantara seat inserts, black headliner, and brushed aluminum trim are what sold me on the S Line package.
