Somebody asked for photos. Here's some taken at the Beavertail Lighthouse near Jamestown, RI - the first sunny day in a couple of weeks.
(Please, hold off on the wheel gap comments. I got it).

see if you can back the camera further away from the car to get a more scenic shot.

why is your car so high, in your sig it's almost the same height as your allroad. is that just the height of non-sport?

Actually, the allroad is set to the lowest of four height settings and even at that, it's 3.9" taller than the A4 which you can see if you look closely (the low camera angle minimizes the apparent difference). If it were set to Level 1, the highest setting, it would be almost 6.5" taller than the A4.

The Sport pkg, which I don't have, would lower the A4 about 0.78" (20 mm). Not a huge difference IMO though it would look a bit better. I may yet replace the springs. We'll see.

As for moving farther back, that was not an option. These weren't portrait beauty shots, just snaps. If you're interested, you can see some of my photos in my gallery by clicking on the link.

http://www.pbase.com/snagitseven</a
