Apparently the 3.2L engine is being phased out (to the delight of some I would say) in favour of the 3.0L supercharged V6. The A4 will get the detuned variant however such as the one found in the facelifted A6, to differentiate it from the S4.

My advice though.... get an S4.

The 3.0 TFSI is the destroked 3.2L engine with a charger so it makes no sense to phase it out.

put the 2.0 in the A5 too.
Ideally, the displacement could go to 2.2L with 265 HP, (or just use the 2.0 with 250-265 HP) and the 3.0 with 300.
