They had four of the cars that are being used on the Audi Driving Experience.

The B8 looks great! I love the lines and the stance. Definetly a great work of art in my opinion. I really liked it in white :)

Car had Drive Select, which I liked. I actually wish the comfort mode was a even more comfortable. The difference in throttle position vs pedal position between comfort and dynamic is significant! I did play around with custom settings, but didn't have enough seat time or a race track to really enjoy each possible setting ;-) .

I REALLY liked the variable steering ratio! It was very noticeable in the parking lot requiring less turns of the steering wheel to maneuver around.

The Tiptronic transmission shifted smoothly.. but beyond that didn't stand out to me. The 3.2 is ok, but felt a bit slow coming from my 1.8T. Definetly the best feeling NA V6 that Audi has ever put together.

Handling in dynamic mode was decent, car seems better balanced than any previous A4 from the factory. It does seem a little more disconnected than my B5, and I haven't put my finger on it but I think it has something to do with the steering feel.

Interior is fabulous, great materials and very good layout. The extra room in the back seat is very welcomed, and the car is the perfect size in my opinion. Small enough to be sporting, but big enough that rear passengers have some comfort. The rear cup holders are great! </American>

I'm really looking forward to the 2.0T and 3.0TDI making their way here.

Here's to dreaming of a B8 A4 Avant 3.0TDI!

if you REALLY got to try out the dynamic handling at high speeds you would have noticed it more. It was night and day difference on the track. Is it worth the price tho???? THAT is the question.

It's the old 2.0T vs 3.2 or further back 1.8t vs 2.8 discussions.

Always seems if someone is not interested in ever modding, the V6 was the way to go... but just a chip in the 4 cylinder and it was quicker than the V6.

Then you get the people who just want a more refined sounding engine. They can get the 2.0T and an iPod Touch with some 3.2 audio on it and listen as they drive (or heck 4.2 V8 or even the V10!) :-p :-p

Or would the S-line cars with a sports suspension (they have that right?) have something closer to dynamic while stock A4 would closer to a middle or comfort setting?

was pretty drastic. Even the steering and throttle was noticeable. The throttle response REALLY improved in dynamic. It's pretty cool.
