I just got a call from my sales guy at the local Audi dealer... My order for a 2.0 6MT Quattro was placed on hold. The sales manager called AoA and asked why, they said it's because they are only making autos through Sept and then starting production of 6MT. So, the good news is, I'm still getting the 6MT, the bad news is I am going to have to wait a extra month or two. My 6 month one time lease extension ends in Oct, but my local dealer has promised to work that out with AoA until my new car arrives.
