I don't know what the USA S-line offering will be, but I looked at the configurator on the audi.de site. The Alcantara seats are a $2,000 option. The S-Line packet is about $2,500 and includes only the following listed items (using Altavista to translate):

Bumper in front and in the back

lateral radiator grilles as well as diffuser employment in sporty-salient Design

lateral Schwellerleisten, in car color paints

centrically integrated bar at the lower edge of the front bumper as well as diffuser employment in Platinum grey

entrance borders with S LINE signature

S LINE of signatures on the front fenders

S LINE roof edge spoiler

verges of the fog headlights in chrome optics

chrome plated screens for exhaust final pipes (4-cylinder)
