I'm leaning towards the A4. The only option it wouldn't have is nav. It'd be a 3.0TDI, all the goodies.

The A5 would also be the 3.0TDI, but the only real options would be the trick headlights and the Music Interface (MMI included). (not in US market)

The A5 body details are a bit smoother, with less of an extreme crease, but a more graceful one that implies fender humps vs the A4's straight line. Some of the A4 front pics look a tad garish. The A4 rear lacks the grace of the A5. But a close call.
