it's not quite as bad as 'flame surfacing' - but it's still bad for the exact same reason.

and Audi has managed to mangle the most rational interior into a series of gratuitous gestures and meaningless disconnects. telematics are poorly grafted into their immediate surrounds, side vent geometry bears a poor relationship to the adjacent forms, and the trim above the glove box is just stupid.

Personally, the B8 is a lot more photogenic than the B7 and I like the smooth curves and how the curves flows from one piece to another, unlike BMW's where it seems to have a lot more sharp angles. From the start, the B8 looks better initially than the B7, only questionable thing is the rear, but really, it's not much different than say the A5 which isn't too surprising.

The more I see the B7 (exterior) the more apparent that front overhang is. When I first saw the A6 interior, I didn't like it. However when I sat in it, it looked great and the placement of things works well. Only gripe is the electronic parking brakes, that's the only thing I'm not really liking.

I'm not too crazy about the placement of the cd changer. Would've of liked it in the glove box. Anyways, it looks too plain.

.. i love how the body just flows together and has those smooth curves that blends. one thing id luv to see would be some wider fender flares but i guess they're saving it on the RS4 lol

I am not into the television screen in the dash look. It also looks too much like the A6 on the inside. I have an Avant so I need to see that before I decide to get the new one or not.

like on the B7 or the BMW 3 series.
