I cheaped out on one for the rear of my GPz. It would squirrel in turns, not fun. I tossed that set for 2 Bridgetone Spitfires. Well, they basicly saved my life.

I was timing red lights on cold pavement, already leaning forward, in-gear and cranking up the revs ready to pop the clutch. Here comes an old beater domestic running the light. I had to switch my balance backwards and brake hard. My headlight shone right into the face of the passenger, I had the forks completely compressed, no impact, but they uncompressed and threw me up and off the bike. It looked worse than it was, but w/o the good tires, I would have went under the side of the car. I am sure.

Just want to give my $.02c on the subject, even though you guys probally know more about it than I do.
