As you can see, i went with black, even though my bike and one of my jackets are red. I got the same size as boots i wear (44/10) and really couldn't be happier. They fit great, just a touch tight, but i think they'll be fine once they get broken in. The overall quality seems great, just as i had read about. Now i just need to get my bike back from the dealer (that's a whole other issue...) so i can try them out.

When the outside temp is anything below 50F or so the bike won't maintain above 150F while moving, and no where near the 180F or so it's supposed to maintain. Below 150F the VTEC system won't work, so the bike runs like crap, plus it's getting bad gas mileage because it's running rich. It warms up of course when i stop, but cools right back down once i start moving. The bike is under warranty, the thermostat is a bitch to replace and i figure it's simple for the dealer to figure it out. Well, dealer #1 swears nothing is wrong with the bike, they start it up, let it idle until the fan comes on and say it's great.... It's now at dealer #2, they have done the same thing, although they have claimed to have ridden the bike. They told me they have called Honda for further guidance, and will let me know. I guess i'll see if i get my bike fixed...

These things are known to have 3 issues, Wiring harness (went in for a recall in December that fixed that), thermostat(...), and cam chain tensioners (no problem, yet). Well, 2 of the 3 are down and i'm less than 14k miles into it, glad i've got a warranty for another 3years, but it does me no good when they don't fix the friggen bike!!
