Two disc set, seven episodes.
Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman travel from London to New York the long way round on BMW R 1150 GS Adventures. Route is via France, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Mongolia, Russia, Alaska, Canada, US. They cover ~20,000 miles in 115 days and it is really quite an amazing travelogue. Trip took place in 2004.
Highly recommended.
The production company is currently working on "Long Way Down," where the pair travel from Scotland to South Africa on R 1200 GS Adventures.
