To all you guys who are all fired up to learn to do wheelies; the best thing I can tell you is don't do them on your street bike. If you feel that you want to learn or practice, the best thing to do is get a used dirt bike or 50. Go to a field or dirt road and get used to feeling the front end come up, feeling the balance point, and using the back break. It's a lot safer that way, it hurts less when you fall, and it won't cost you as much if you crash a dirt bike.
The bottom line is, if your going to do wheelies, you should have lots of experience, and be as safe as possible.
