Do all "loaded" S5's have this system activated? Mine does not work and wondering if it was an extra extra?

that you need one or the other? I hit the button, but anything I say is not recognized.
Does anyone have a command list?

The only command I've gotten to work is "Cancel"

Sometime this weekend I'll take a look in the owners manual. If nothing there pans out, I'll contact my salesman. He's particularly good at answering questions

If the dash display says "button inactive" you need VagCom to activate. If it makes a beep sound, say "help" to get a list of the commands or "cancel" to exit. If it does neither, I have no idea as I've never had a chance to use any of this on a car w/out Nav.

and I can do something easy...use my voice. Haha. Hopefully it works!

it tells me pin unavailable or pin not found, something along those lines. Though my phone book comes up on my MMI screen. Anyone know what is wrong?
Also the voice control doesn't work for radio, unless I don't know the command, for help, I only get phone commands, not radio commands.

I would guess that if you don't have NAV, you don't have voice control for anything other than phone. It takes an extra module to control anything other than phone. (They didn't include that module in 08s which is why I had to vag-com mine to get it to work and I would guess they don't include it in 09s without Nav).
